Behavioral

I applied through university recruiting and got an interview about one to two weeks later. They started by reviewing my resume and past experiences. Then, a few behavioral questions were asked. I didn't hear back about making it to a second round, so I'm assuming I didn't move forward.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a 3-to-1 phone interview where we talked about how I handle group dynamics and some technical stuff, like what I think is a better process for an application. About a week later, I got invited for an on-site interview. The on-site involved meeting a bunch of different people. Some were really friendly, but others seemed suspicious. It's a very safety-conscious company, and one interviewer asked me to list and describe recent industrial and lab accidents I knew about.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you describe how you manage group dynamics?
  • In your opinion, what constitutes an improved application process?
  • Could you enumerate and elaborate on recent industrial and laboratory accidents that come to your mind?
