Intern
The interview process was great, asked simple questions. The interviewer is a chill person when it comes to responding to answers. Make sure to ask about the company. Overall the experience was good.
- Why are you interested in working at this company?
Intern
I initially spoke with a Chevron Phillips representative at my school's engineering career fair. The very next evening, a company representative called me to invite me for an interview with CPChem the following day. I then interviewed with two recent graduates from my university, who I hadn't met at the career fair. The interview environment was quite relaxed, and the interviewers were supportive when I needed a moment to consider a question. It was a really good interview experience, and I'm hopeful about moving to a second round.
- Describe a situation where you identified a safety hazard and explain the steps you took to address it.
