I had three interviews. The first was with a recruiter I met at a career fair. Then I had two more interviews with engineers from the company. They asked me questions about how I would fit in with the team. The last interview had one technical question.

Behavioral

I initially met the recruiter at a career fair last year at Texas Tech, but didn't get the job then. I went back this year, and got an interview again. The first interview was with the recruiter, who asked mostly behavioral questions. They said I'd hear back within a week or two, and I did get an email and a call from HR for a second interview, which was a phone call. That interviewer also asked behavioral questions. They got back to me that same week and extended an offer.

The first stage was entirely behavioral, mostly about negative experiences. They asked about 5-6 questions in under 30 minutes, and it felt like they were just reading from a list. I spoke with the same person I met at the career fair.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Describe a situation where you had to deal with a difficult coworker and explain your approach.
