I had a call with the hiring manager first, it was good and they gave me info. Then I had two coding interviews on separate days. I learned a lot and understood the company's expectations and technical standards. My performance wasn't enough to move on, but the interviewers were professional and the process was well-structured and fair.

It was a phone interview that lasted about 45 minutes and had 15 questions. It was pretty basic and generic. They asked about my career goals, past experience, strengths, and weaknesses. There were also some scenario questions about dealing with tough customers or deadlines. Overall, it was just an okay experience. The interviewer, David, was friendly and approachable. He talked about the company's goals and values and gave a detailed description of the job and what's needed for it.
