I applied online and heard back within a week. Then I had two 30-minute interviews, one after the other, with a Manager and a Senior Manager. They were both really nice and easy to chat with. We mostly talked about my resume and they asked me some behavioral questions. About three weeks later, I got a call in the morning saying I got the internship, and then I got the offer letter that same evening.

The interview process consisted of two 30-minute conversations with firm managers. They were really nice and professional, which made me feel comfortable. They seem to really care about cadence and conversation skills. I actually ended up working on a few projects with one of the managers during my internship.

I had an interview with a partner. We talked about the company and my resume. It was a basic interview. They didn't seem that interested, and it wasn't a place I'd want to work. I didn't get a good feel for their culture either and wasn't too impressed overall. I guess I didn't seem very interested because I didn't get an offer.
