They start with an initial call, then I got invited to an assessment day. I only found out if it was actually happening 2 days before, which was pretty late. On the day, there were 3+ interviews, a group activity, and a case study. It was really focused on why CHEP should hire me and what they could do better, not so much on why I wanted to join them. The second interview felt like a test, they just asked me personal questions. When I asked about the company, they said they needed to get through their questions first. It was also odd to see other candidates in the same Zoom meeting. To top it off, they didn't even tell me the outcome, which is worse since I spent a whole day helping them with their company.

First, I had an interview with HR, and then a second one with the manager of the area. The interview was cordial and relaxed, followed a logical order, and included expected questions. It was in line with the required competencies for the job.

I had a screen call with a Chep recruiter, then a video call with the hiring manager and two team members. I didn't get an offer, but the process was nice. The Chep team seemed to really like their jobs and the company, and they worked well together. It felt like Chep has a good, collaborative culture, so I'll look for jobs there again. The recruiting team was also great at keeping me updated and being clear about everything, which was appreciated.
