They conducted a phone screening followed by two interview rounds. I found the process lacked transparency, and they repeatedly emphasized how stressful the job is, seemingly to deter candidates. Both interviews went well, including a second one with senior management. I was told they'd contact me soon, but they never did, which was frustrating.

After I applied, I received a call to set up an interview about three weeks later. I went through two rounds of interviews, meeting three managers in each round. They also offered me the chance to shadow a current logistics coordinator for about 30 minutes, and then the director interviewed me. I really liked meeting the team and could feel their strong bond. It made for a good interview experience. They were also upfront about the job itself, saying it's stressful but a good way to get your foot in the door. I ended up turning it down because I didn't think I had the 'Type A' personality they were looking for to handle the role's demands.

I applied online. HR reached out about a week after I applied. I had a phone screen, then they asked me to come in for an interview. I did 3-4 one-on-one interviews. After about 5 hours total, HR got back to me with an offer. Everyone I talked to was nice and easy to talk to.
