I applied online through my school and didn't hear back for about 2-3 weeks. Then, I got a phone call saying I was selected to fly to Houston for a super day. They covered my flight and hotel, and I stayed with other candidates for different departments. The first day had a meet and greet cocktail event with employees, and then a dinner with people from the department I was interviewing for. The next day started with breakfast and a presentation from each department head, followed by two interviews.

The Super Saturday event for interns involved a dinner the night before, followed by a hotel stay. The next day included a tour of the office and interviews with three to four different people. It was really helpful for improving interviewing skills, and the questions asked were excellent, and the people were great.
