The interview was on-site. I spoke with three supervisors about the job responsibilities. They were all very friendly and professional. We discussed the background of the tasks I'd be handling and various things I needed to be aware of.

Behavioral Presentation Other

I was nervous, but I got to show off my creative side and talk about my previous campaigns, really highlighting my storytelling abilities. They also had me do some writing tasks on the spot, which I really enjoyed. I left feeling pretty good about possibly bringing my own special style to the team. The vibe was really collaborative, which let me talk about how much I love using words and make sure it fit with what the company is all about.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring management was very unprofessional. They asked a question about data marketing, and when I asked for clarification, they couldn't explain it. They were also hesitant to share details about the company, like annual leaves and welfare, but I found out the annual leaves are below average. Overall, it was not a good experience. I hope they can be more professional and knowledgeable in the future when asking questions.
