First, I had a phone call with the recruiter. It went well and they set up a zoom interview with the hiring manager. However, the hiring manager's video and audio kept cutting out due to background noise. They cut the interview short after 15 minutes and apologized, suggesting we reschedule. A few days later, I received an email stating they were not moving forward due to the high level of competition.

The interview process was really well put together and flowed nicely. It began with one-on-one meetings, then moved into a group panel discussion, and concluded with a presentation. Everything happened pretty fast, and the vibe was super welcoming and inclusive right from the start.

Behavioral Technical

I had a phone screen with the recruiter, and we talked about the role, the company, the salary range, and the interview process. Then, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, which was really informative and we had a great discussion. The recruiter told me they wanted to proceed with an interview with the tech lead, but then the recruiter went radio silent. I tried reaching out multiple times over a few weeks, but never got a response back. It was pretty disappointing considering the effort I put into preparing for the interview and then not hearing back, even if they had a sudden change of mind about moving forward.
