Performance Analyst
The interview process was split into two parts. The first part included multiple choice questions covering Excel, SQL, general marketing, and statistics. The second part involved interpersonal communication questions, which were video recorded. The first question in this part asked about whether work or colleagues matter more.

The interview process was great, and the team was very easy to talk to. The interview was conducted remotely and was seamless. The onboarding process was very straightforward. The team was collaborative during the interview and I felt they asked me appropriate questions for my skillset and what was required for the role.

The interview process had individual calls with the team members, then I did a formal presentation to show my skills, and it ended with a final call with the director to evaluate everything. It was a good system.
