The interview process is typical. They have you roleplay selling a pen and ask some other basic questions, like why you're interested in the role. The office is crowded and it seems like they hire based off looks.

The process was really quick and everyone I spoke with was super friendly and great to chat with. The interviews felt like casual conversations, and each person I interviewed with really made an effort to get to know me and answer any questions I had about how the interview process worked.

So the process was kinda ridiculous. Had a good phone call, then they made me come in person for the second interview. I don't even live in the city so I had to spend money to commute. It ended up being a 30-minute conversation which was fine and it went well BUT THEY GHOSTED ME LOL. I followed up 3 times and got nothing. It doesn't matter though since I got a way better offer with a company that actually communicates, but it was very disappointing and a waste of time for everyone. Especially since I had to come into the office just for the second interview. Then they reposted the job listing the next day... just tell me I didn't get the job!
