The interview process began with a recruiter screening followed by an interview with the hiring manager. It felt pretty laid-back. After discussing the role further, I realized it didn't quite fit with my long-term career goals. I ended up recommending a colleague who was then offered the position and accepted it. Overall, it was a pleasant and fairly straightforward interview experience compared to others.

First, I had an HR call where they went over the job details and talked about salary. Then, I went in for an onsite interview day. This involved an English test first, then a technical task about Linux and networking, and finally an interview with the team lead and group manager. After that, I signed a contract and provided some initial info for site access and benefits.
