The first interview was with the Sales Lead in Singapore where I went over my resume and answered some general background questions. I also had to do an impromptu sales pitch on any topic, which was to gauge my phone voice, etiquette, confidence, and conversational flow. The interviewer was friendly and accommodating. The second round was with the country manager, who asked mostly basic yes/no questions, making it a mundane conversation. The third and final round was a 50-minute call with HR to learn about my background, why I wanted to join Check Point, and other in-depth details about my past work. After these three interviews, HR contacted a reference I provided. I received an offer a week later. The whole process was quite slow on HR's end, requiring a lot of follow-ups for updates. I didn't get a 'Welcome' email before starting, and benefits and contract details weren't clearly communicated, only finding out my leave days and benefits on my first day. I feel HR could be more detail-oriented and quicker in their execution to give a better impression of the company. Despite these points, it was generally a good experience.

Behavioral Presentation Group Technical

We first had a phone call about the project and salary expectations, then scheduled a group interview day. The group interview involved games, answering sales questions, and giving a 3-minute presentation. After that, there was a final interview, apparently for the top candidates, as they said they didn't have time for everyone and only took 10 people, sending 5 home. I had an interview where they asked me why I should stay, my thoughts on the technology, and my goals. Finally, someone from Israel was supposed to call us to let us know if we were hired.

It started with an HR phone screen where they asked basic questions about the role and my CV. Then, I had a video call with the head of department. This call involved more challenging questions about my background and career choices, but not much about how I'd use my skills in the role. They said they'd reply within two weeks, but I never heard back.
