Relationship Manager
The interview process involved multiple interviews, which made it longer than usual. The questions asked were fairly standard, nothing exceptionally difficult. Expect to go into detail about your past work and achievements.
- What kind of questions would you pose to a client?
Risk Management
It was an on-campus interview that lasted about 45 minutes. The interviewer was very friendly and allowed time for questions at the end. I interviewed one-on-one with a risk employee from the specific location I was applying to. The interview wasn't too long but was reasonably challenging, especially the parts about technical skills and my background. They asked behavioral questions, some brain teasers, and questions about my analytic background. They also wanted to know what I knew about the history of JP Morgan Chase.
- I was asked some brain teasers
- Can you share an instance where you had to collaborate with a difficult person?
Risk Manager
I was interviewed by three people besides the recruiter, one of whom was the hiring manager. The questions covered my past experience and industry knowledge. I received an offer about a month after the interviews.
- What are your goals for your first 30 days in this role?
- What would you aim to achieve within the first 60 days?
- What would you accomplish in the first 90 days on the job?
