Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Chase.
Intern
The whole thing was on HireVue, which was super easy to get around. They asked basic questions about the company and about me. I'd definitely recommend checking out the company's info before you interview. They also tend to ask about your past experience and skills, and how they match up with the requirements for the role.
- What makes you want to join Chase?
Intern
I was interviewed for the CLDP program for interns and they interviewed me on site during a leaders conference. They had people from different backgrounds talking about their experiences and how they grew professionally in the company.
- If I gave you one brick, what would you do with it?
Intern
Even though they didn't have an internship position open, they invited me to interview. The communication was fast and easy. I spoke with the manager, and it was a pretty straightforward interview without much background information.
