The interview process was super straightforward. If you're interviewing in Houston, you'll head over to their call center, which is a really nice, big place. They've even got a quiet room and treadmills if you need to de-stress. You'll meet with three people one-on-one. I think two of them were managers, and one might have been from HR, while the other person seemed like a step below the managers but still handled rep duties. The questions are pretty basic, but they want specific, detailed stories. The whole thing usually takes about 45 to 60 minutes.

A Chase recruiter reached out after finding my profile on Indeed. The recruiter shared job details and thought it was a good match. I applied and told the recruiter, and we had a phone interview the next day. The recruiter talked about the job, pay, and daily tasks for about 30 minutes. Then, I had an in-person interview at the Stone Oak campus, which was a standard situation, behavior, outcome type of interview. This was in June for an August start. It was a good and easy process overall.

So there are like 5-6 stages to this interview. First, you apply online and submit your resume, cover letter, and all that. Then, a machine or software reviews your info. If it's good, you move on to a phone interview scheduled by an interview software. The second interview is a phone interview on HireVue. You can use your phone or computer. The third stage might be a face-to-face interview, but I stopped there so I don't know what it's like.
