After applying online I got a call from a recruiter for a pre-screening call - we chatted about my professional background, and she went into more detail about the position than what was listed online. After that, I had a quick call with a team/group manager and then the in-person interview at their Jersey City Office. I met with 2 managers. It was a pretty standard interview - they talked about their own backgrounds and their team/group's responsibilities, and then asked about my experience (one of them wanted a pretty detailed explanation of what some of my resume bullets meant), my reasons for leaving my current job, and so on.

It was a 30-minute phone chat with the hiring manager. We mostly discussed my past projects. They might have asked me to rate my skills on a scale of 0-10, which I think I could have been more confident about. We also talked about salary expectations.

After submitting my application online, I got a call from someone and then scheduled for a panel/in-person interview. The panel mainly wanted to learn about my background and my suitability for the role. After the panel interview, I received my offer and then had to negotiate with HR.
