You need a high school diploma, and any college experience is a plus. It's good to know that there aren't a lot of tellers around, and the job is mostly computers.

I applied online, and then the assistant manager called me for an interview. The Assistant Manager interview was about 30 minutes long, and we talked about my customer service, cash handling, and sales experience. After that, I had a 30-minute interview with the Branch Manager, which was more about seeing if I was a good personality fit rather than focusing on experience.
