The interview process had 5 stages, which felt like a lot. But the recruiting team was super responsive and fast with sending out invites for the next steps, which was cool. First, there was an online assessment, which I think was designed to be really tough, maybe not even finishable or with many correct answers. After that, I went through 3 rounds of technical case interviews. They were all focused on manufacturing, not the usual consulting cases. I thought they were okay difficulty-wise, but the number of interviews made the whole thing challenging. Some behavioral questions came up during the case interview debriefs.

So I went for this assessment day on campus, it started with a quick intro to the company in the morning. Then we had a group case interview for about an hour. After that, there were two short tests, one for math and one for common sense, each taking around 10-15 minutes. Next, I got an individual case to work on for 50 minutes, which involved reading some info and writing down my answers. We then had lunch with a recruiter, though you could leave for lunch if you wanted. In the afternoon, I had my interview which was split into two 20-minute slots. The first was to go over my individual case answers, and the second was mainly behavioral, where they also asked about my willingness to relocate and travel. The recruiters were really professional and nice, making the interviews feel pretty relaxed. They got back to me pretty fast, within a week.

So on selection day, we started with a brief company presentation, then jumped into a group case study with about a dozen people. After a coffee break, we tackled an individual case study in the morning. In the afternoon, we had to present our individual case study findings to a partner and a consultant, and then there was a separate interview with competency-based questions.
