The overall process is quite long, with three case studies, some behavioral interviews including a final one with a partner, and an Excel test. The Excel test itself was pretty basic, with most of the challenge being about controlling the interviewer's computer to finish it.

The interview process had about 5 steps. Everyone was super supportive and eager to share about the company and the work they do. They made sure you interacted with folks at various levels within the company so you get a lot of different perspectives.

Case Behavioral
Overall good experience. Cases can be tough if you haven’t practiced much. I bombed analytical case and I had a feeling that cost me the position. I had great case and behavioral interviews so I wasn’t quite sure where I stood. My experience went south when the recruiter scheduled time several days after my interview to give me and update. A 30 second rejection call that could and should have been an email or a quick call when they knew they weren’t moving forward. It can set the wrong expectation to schedule a call like that.
