Behavioral Technical Case

The process is straightforward: first, there's a recruiter screen, then a situational interview that covers common client areas like how to reduce AR days or how to run an interview, followed by three behavioral interviews with partners and above.

Case Behavioral

Overall good experience. Cases can be tough if you haven’t practiced much. I bombed analytical case and I had a feeling that cost me the position. I had great case and behavioral interviews so I wasn’t quite sure where I stood. My experience went south when the recruiter scheduled time several days after my interview to give me and update. A 30 second rejection call that could and should have been an email or a quick call when they knew they weren’t moving forward. It can set the wrong expectation to schedule a call like that.

Confirmed questions3 questions

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied in mid-February and got a reply within a week to set up a 30-minute phone screening for early March. The recruiter was super enthusiastic and asked about my skills and past experiences with examples, focusing heavily on writing, project management, and client interaction. They mentioned a potential 5 more rounds: hiring manager, three back-to-back interviews with peers, a practice leader, and an on-camera writing task, followed by a final interview with the CEO. The recruiter also talked about a fast offer process and the need to be in the office, which was a concern because it would mean a big move. However, they did mention career growth and a bonus. During the call, I realized the role wasn't as interesting as I'd initially thought, seeming more focused on corporate and client materials rather than my preferred work. I was rejected the next day anyway.

There were 3 rounds for the interview: one phone call and two in-person interviews. The first interview had 2 interviewers, and all interviews took place on Skype and in the office. The second interview had 4 interviewers; one was a 1:1, and the other 3 were via Skype. The interviewers were pretty friendly and nice.
