Started with a phone screen, which was great because key details were covered upfront. Lots of good info about the job, company, and benefits was shared. The initial screening questions were thoughtful. They also talked about timelines, and ChartHop was awesome at sticking to them and moving quickly the whole time. I was talking to 4+ other companies, but ChartHop stood out because of how good their interviewers were (seriously, everyone there is super talented), how the interviews were set up, and their great communication and speed. They have a presentation part of the process that checks skills crucial for the job, and I think it's a really smart way to filter candidates and make sure the best people move forward. The recruiter I worked with was a pleasure, and overall the whole interview process was thorough and challenging, but not too long or over the top.

I was referred by someone who works here, and the recruiting team was really quick to set up interviews. The first interview was a panel with three people where I had to give a short presentation using slides. I think it was a good way for them to see my background and presentation skills. Then I talked to the head of Customer Success, and it was a really good conversation. She told me about her ideas for the CS team's future.

Behavioral Case

I got reached out to by a recruiter, Ai-Mei. First, I had a phone screen with her. Then, I had an interview over Zoom. They asked me a lot of questions about my current book of business and gave me some scenarios. The interview was with my potential direct manager and their boss. It was a bit awkward, more like question, answer, pause rather than a conversation. Ai-Mei followed up quickly to see how it went and to share the team's update.
