Account Executive
The whole thing took about 2 weeks. First, I chatted with Keisha, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – she was really professional and set clear expectations. Then, I did a demo and interview with the Director of Solutions & Enablement and a Sales Manager over Zoom, which lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. After the demo, we talked about my experience and I got to ask some questions, which was great for understanding the company and team. Keisha then set up my final chat with the VP of Sales. Honestly, that last part felt more like a friendly conversation than an interview; we both got to know each other and ask questions. The whole process was unique and showed me they value their employees, which is important to me. I got the offer just a day after the final conversation. In total, about 2 weeks and 4-5 interactions. I really enjoyed the entire experience and everyone I met.

I had an initial meeting with the Recruiter. Then, I interviewed with the Director of Sales. After that, I did a presentation with the Director of Sales and the VP of Sales. Then, I interviewed with the VP of Sales. Finally, I met with the Talent Acquisition Partner to discuss the offer. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was really genuine and open with me. They asked good questions and took time to answer mine. They also worked with my timeline. I was really excited about the whole process.

Account Executive
There were about 4-5 interview rounds. First, a 30 min initial phone screen. Then, a 45 min manager interview, either in-person or virtual. After that, a 45 min skip-level VP interview, also in-person or virtual. Next, there was a 45-60 min panel presentation with 3-4 people. If needed, there was a 30 min peer phone call. The whole thing felt thorough but moved fast. The Head of Talent Acquisition was super responsive and gave good feedback all the way through, managing what to expect. Mostly they asked about my experience and if I'd fit the culture. They answered all my questions and gave helpful feedback after the presentation. They even offered chats with peers and future coworkers for their real thoughts, and made sure new hires started together to help us settle in smoothly.
- Regarding sales, can you discuss your performance metrics?
- Detail your approach to the sales cycle.
- What's your philosophy on prospecting for new business?
