The interview process started with an online interview where I had to record myself answering some questions and then upload the video. After that, I had to create a 6-month business plan and present it in an interview. I was told I'd hear back soon, but when I didn't, I followed up and got ghosted. I know people are busy and lots of people interview, but I wish I'd been shown some respect for my time and gotten a response, even an automated one, letting me know I wasn't successful.

Had an initial call with HR, then a video interview with a senior person from the team. The first call was good, but after that, their organization was really bad. It took weeks between the calls because they kept rescheduling and I had to chase them. It was also messy dealing with different HR people without notice. When I finally had the interview, I thought it went well and they said I'd hear back fast because they wanted to hire quickly. It's been a month with no word, even after I followed up. It's unprofessional to ghost candidates, especially when they chased me first. I don't know if I got an offer, but I'm assuming not. They should at least let people know their status after an interview, it's not that hard.

The interview process was very professional and structured. I met with key people, including the CEO who was engaging, down-to-earth, and genuine. They were quick to respond after meetings and schedule the next ones.
