Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Charlotte Russe.
Sales Associate
It was a pretty fun and quick interview process overall. We had a group interview with some general questions, and it was held in the food court, making it super casual. I got a call back a few days later asking if I could start immediately.
- Describe how you would manage assisting several customers simultaneously.
Sales Associate
It was a group interview. They wanted to know about my customer service experience, then asked about my experience using a cash register, and finally about any retail experience I might have. It was a pretty casual "get to know you" kind of interview.
- Have you worked retail before.
Sales Associate
It was a pretty quick and somewhat hurried interview process, but I didn't have a terrible time. The interview started much later than scheduled, though. The interviewer seemed hesitant to share much information about the company and the role.
- Can you tell me about your greatest weakness?
