The interview process was straightforward, but the manager who interviewed me was from a previous role. I was initially told I would get the Assistant job, however, after a phone call with the District Manager, I was unexpectedly placed in the Supervisor position. This was quite frustrating.

Applied online on Tuesday and the process was easy. The manager emailed on Saturday and we scheduled an interview for Tuesday. It was a one on one with the store manager, relaxed but professional. She asked about my background and for situational examples. After that, she said I needed to interview with the district manager to get the job. I got a call the next week. The questions were similar, focusing more on team management. That same day, I got an email for a background check which was just filling out personal info online. About 3 days later, the store manager offered me the job.

We talked for over an hour. She was asking questions from a paper and then we chatted like friends. She asked me to do a background check and mentioned the district manager would call me in a couple of days. I spoke with the district manager, and everything went well. She said she would let me know in a few days if I got the job.
