Behavioral Case Technical Presentation

When I went for the manager job, it was a thorough process to see if I had the leadership skills and qualifications. First, I applied and sent my resume. Then, a phone interview happened to talk about my background and if I seemed like a good fit. After that, I had some in-person interviews. Some were with HR to see if I matched the company culture. Others were one-on-one with senior managers and team members where I talked about my management style, team experience, and strategy. They also gave me a case study to see how I solve problems and make decisions. There was also a part where I had to show I knew about industry trends and good management practices. After all that, they checked my references. Then I got a job offer and we talked about the money and benefits. It was tough but it really checked if I was a good manager for them and if they were good for me.
