So I applied on LinkedIn and the HR lady called me back pretty fast, like within a week. She was really nice and asked me some stuff, then invited me for an interview the next day. I went in and the office was super cool and energetic, everyone seemed happy to be there. Alex, the owner, was really down-to-earth and honest, which was refreshing. The job itself is pretty unique compared to other sales/marketing places, which is why I was really interested. They had me come back for a full day to shadow someone, which I loved. Then they offered me the job, and I'm super stoked to start!

Behavioral Presentation

The first interview was pretty chill, good vibes and atmosphere. The interviewer was young. The office is nice and has high energy, you could hear music. The interview itself was easy and welcoming. They don't give you all the details about the job until the second interview, which is a job shadowing day. This job is for you if you can excel going business to business. If you can't handle being outside a lot selling to small businesses, then it's not for you. It wasn't for me. The first interview is easy, but the second interview, the shadowing day, is where it can get tricky.

The CEO Alex is really nice but he does not give you the true day to day details of what you really would do. He does tell you it is business to business however, they do not tell you that you will be out from 9am to 5pm going to different businesses and really pushing their products on them until you get a sale.
