The interview process was very focused on customer service skills. You should be prepared to answer questions using the STAR method for each answer. Brianna conducted a phone screening, and while she was very nice, some questions were unexpected. Be ready for many customer service scenarios. It's definitely worth taking notes because the first half of the call covers more specific details about the internship.

I got an email from a recruiter to set up a phone screening. It was a 30-minute call where they asked me some basic behavioral questions and about the hiring manager and the position I was interviewing for. Then, I had a technical interview with a panel.

I went through their interview process for summer intern. I had a phone interview first which went really well. The interviewer told me after the phone interview I would be given a video meeting link to interview with another person at a given time. I waited for weeks and was never given a link. I tried to contact my first interviewer through email 3 times and was ghosted. A couple of weeks after I was ghosted, another recruiter from Schwab asked me to interview for another position. I'm not going through this again. I ghosted them like they did to me. Left a sour taste in my mouth and I won't be applying again to intern or fill time positions after I graduate.
