Behavioral Technical Other

The hiring process started with a phone interview, followed by an on-site assessment. There were a total of 4 interviews, plus an analytical test and a writing test. The HR team was efficient and friendly, and the interviews were scheduled conveniently and effectively. The interviews themselves felt casual, incorporating both technical and behavioral questions. The interviewers were pleasant, though one or two seemed a bit unprofessional as only one remembered to give me a business card.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was a bit all over the place. On the day of the onsite interview, they didn't have a room for me and I had to move around the office. The interviewers themselves were good though. They called me the following week with an offer. Two weeks after that, they called and rescinded the offer, which was super surprising. The reason they gave was that they had found someone else. It's a mid-sized company, but they acted very unprofessionally and unethically.

Technical Behavioral

3 rounds total. Half of them were technical, half were behavioral. They mostly cared about company and culture fit rather than specific skills. The idea is that you'll learn on the job and be able to handle curve balls.
