The process included three interviews: a phone screen, a video chat with a consultant, and then a video chat with the hiring manager. The first two interviews went great, but the hiring manager was uninterested and vague, even mentioning he was focused on retirement. He provided no timeline for feedback. After that, the recruiter became unresponsive. Two weeks later, after I left a voicemail, I got an automated rejection email. It felt like they weren't serious about hiring me.

The interviewer wanted to see how I present and my software development background. I had to sketch out the client-server architecture on a whiteboard. They also asked some technical questions and gave me an IQ test, which was the hardest part because of the time limit. They might also check your writing skills.

Got referred and connected with the recruiter. The recruiter was great, answered all my questions, and set up the first interview with a senior manager. That interview was pretty open, with good questions and active listening. Got feedback quickly from the recruiter. The second interview was with a lower-level manager, and it wasn't as good. Didn't get many questions, and the interviewer talked a lot about himself. Feedback was late but still helpful. The final interview was very technical, focusing on my past experience, which was different but fit the interviewer's technical role. The recruiter kept in touch and gave me feedback promptly after this one too, right up until the decision.
