Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved an initial screening with HR, followed by two main rounds. The first round was with the hiring manager, which went really well and I felt I could make a significant contribution. After receiving positive feedback from the hiring manager, I was scheduled for a team round. This round felt off; the two interviewers seemed disengaged and possibly intimidated by my profile, leading to a very brief 15-minute interaction with no skill-based questions. I was disappointed to later learn they had hired someone else and only received a generic rejection after persistent follow-up. I had high hopes for this role and had turned down other opportunities.

The whole process involved a phone screen, followed by some writing and logic tests that were done on-site. After that, there were 2 technical interviews also on-site. Everyone I met was really nice and helpful. The office in Burlington was pretty cool too.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview was 95% behavioral questions. The vibe was pretty intense, making it clear they expect you to be fully committed, like 100% capacity. They were upfront about the lack of work-life balance and that the job has a lot of non-dev stuff. The team stressed that it's a high-pressure environment with significant impact. The team lead even said you'd be working solo with no one to help or guide you.
