I had a phone interview with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the director. After that, I had an in-person interview with the director and the team. They said they'd decide by the end of the week. When I didn't hear back that week, I messaged the recruiter for an update, but got no reply. I messaged again, still no response. Weeks later, I got an automated email saying they couldn't reach me and were moving on. Total lie and time-waster.

I saw this job on LinkedIn and applied. I spoke with the hiring manager on IM and then by phone. After that, some recruiters reached out and I had an interview within a few days. I felt the interview went well. As I was leaving, they mentioned hearing about 'next steps,' which felt promising. A third interviewer contacted me for a final chat, and that also seemed to go well. Then, I got a generic email saying I wasn't selected and to keep an eye on the website. I tried to connect with the hiring manager on LinkedIn to get feedback on how I could improve for future interviews, but I never heard back. It was strange how the communication stopped so abruptly after being so frequent. I'm just trying to figure out what went wrong.

I had a quick phone call that was about 20 minutes long. It was mostly to see if we were a good fit and to check my availability. Then, the following week, I came in for an in-person interview with two team leads. They mostly asked situational and behavioral questions. That lasted about 20-40 minutes. After that, I was asked to come back and interview with two managers. They asked similar questions, and they talked about the benefits and more details about the role. I got an offer a few days later. Overall, it was a pretty easy and stress-free interview process.
