Manager
Scheduling interviews was difficult, and then things went downhill with the recruitment team not getting back to me. I found out I wasn't chosen because the job isn't on their website anymore. Even though I had years of experience for the field and role, the HR team didn't follow up or let me know I didn't get it. It was unprofessional and a waste of my time to apply, prepare, and interview, only for Change Healthcare to not even update me on my application status via email, phone, text, or their system.
- Can you tell me about your years of experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management?
Senior Client Manager
Change Healthcare’s hiring process is a mess. This was another attempt to get hired there. The interviews are a lot. They take months to fill a role, at best. The interviewers are nice. But, even if things go well and you have lots of experience, you probably won’t hear back. They ghost you. Don’t wait around.
- Can you share an instance where you had to break bad news to a client and describe your approach?
Senior Manager
The interview process was amazing, I really enjoyed working with Beth. It was fast and efficient. Everyone I met was nice and spoke highly of the team and their work. I got an offer in about a week and a half after applying.
- Were there questions about the job?
- Were there questions about cultural fit?
