First, I had to complete a questionnaire. Then, the interviewer discussed it with me, asking questions based on my responses. Afterward, she provided information about the company and its policies. She gave us a tour of the office floor, including the lunch and break areas. Finally, she mentioned she would pass my details to the hiring manager and then I was escorted out.

A temp agency contacted me about the job. I went in for an interview. I got there 15 minutes early and was told to call when I got to the lobby. I called the person I was supposed to meet several times, but she didn't pick up. I eventually found my way to the right place, and another employee helped me by contacting the interviewer to let her know I was there. She showed up 10 minutes later and told me I was supposed to be there exactly on time. The interviewer gave me a negative look when we met. She explained the job and asked me two questions. Then she asked if I had any questions. When I asked some questions, she acted like I was wasting her time by asking questions that other people had already asked. It was very unprofessional. Change Healthcare, you really need to retrain Tanya, the Director (I don't get how she has that job with that attitude). I've never had such a bad interview experience.

The interview process was quick and straightforward. It was an easy interview. They asked standard questions about preferred working hours, benefits, and salary expectations. I was informed that they would provide an update within approximately two weeks. I received notification exactly one week later.
