The whole thing takes more than 5 weeks and has 3 rounds. The last two rounds were multiple panel interviews and a case presentation to senior leaders. Most interviewers were nice, but some seemed really uninterested. It took a long time and ended with a generic rejection. My gut feeling about the company from the reviews was right, so I'm glad I dodged a bullet. You should keep looking.

- Can you tell me about your background?

It was a phone call interview where the interviewer went through my resume, asked me questions about it, and then asked some general behavioral questions. Overall the interview experience was very positive, and the interviewer seemed engaged with my responses rather than just moving onto the next question immediately.
- Tell me about a situation where you had to make a quick decision without having all the facts.

After submitting my online application, I had a phone interview that covered basic behavioral questions and assessed my knowledge of the company. Following that, I was invited to an interview event in Nashville. This event included a cocktail hour and a half-day program the next day. The environment was intense but not intimidating. I had great conversations with everyone I met; they were all very welcoming and outgoing, which really made me want to join the company.
