Account Manager
Got a call from a recruiter. They were nice and knew about the job, but their salary info was a bit off. After talking on the phone for about 30-45 minutes, I was invited for an onsite interview. This involved meeting with people one-on-one and also a short group panel. They mostly asked about my past work and education, and some general what-if scenarios. Knowing about revenue cycle management is a plus.

- How would you describe your analytical skills on a scale of 1 to 5?
Account Manager
Applied on their website and got contacted shortly after. First interview was with HR, second was a telephonic interview with the hiring manager, and the third interview was with a panel and HR again. Not totally sure why HR was involved in an additional interview. The whole process felt pretty laid back and took about 3 weeks. HR follow-up was pretty quick.
- Can you tell me about your approach to managing high-touch accounts?
Account Manager
I had an interview with the hiring manager and then a panel interview with a few employees, one of them being an IT Director. The whole thing took several hours. They asked questions to see if I would fit in with the team.
- Describe how you manage challenging client interactions.
