The interview process started with an online call lasting about an hour. Then, about three weeks later, there was an in-person meeting with two women, which also lasted about 1.5 hours. It felt like a good conversation from both sides, and I ended up accepting the offer. The questions were typical, and it's definitely a good idea to prepare beforehand rather than going in unprepared.

The process is very long, with at least three interviews. You'll be competing against 200 or 300 other sales associates. First, the manager contacts you by phone. Then, HR gets involved. Finally, you have to go to the store to pick up the uniform.

So I got offered the job through a luxury retail recruiter, which is like the first step. They also give you some tips. Then, I had my first actual interview at the Chanel HQ with their HR recruiter. During that chat, I was lucky enough to get an offer for the next round right away, which was with the boutique manager for the specific store I would be working in. I think this happened fast because they needed someone urgently. The very next day, I went to the boutique and interviewed with the manager there. About 2-3 days after that last interview, I got the job offer.
