I had a quick phone call with an HR person, and then she set up an in-person meeting. The HR interview was mostly about personality and the company. It's important to show you've researched the group's latest product releases and social media activity. After that, I had a second in-person interview with the manager, which went deeper into the job's responsibilities.

The interview was friendly and they got to know me, both professionally and personally. However, after that, there was no follow-up, not even an email to say the application was rejected or stopped. It's not very respectful when you've made the effort to go there.
