There were 2 interviews: one with HR (introductory) and one with the manager (more technical). The process took about 3 to 4 weeks. Both interviews were very professional and it ended with a call from HR informing about the success and the offer.

I applied on Linkedin. The next day, I got an email confirming a phone call. There was a 15 min HR call, and then I was invited to the recruitment day. The process was super fast.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Went through multiple rounds of interviews, lost count after 8. Initially, the HR was impressive. I thought I aced every interview and moved on. They then asked me for a final 'informal' meet and greet in their lobby, which turned out to be a full interview. I felt judged by my attire and weight by the hiring manager. New job requirements, not on the JD, were brought up, which I answered, but it wasn't good enough. The hiring manager asked rapid-fire questions unrelated to the job, and didn't seem to listen to my answers. I didn't hear back when they said I would. HR called me from an unknown number to say the hiring manager passed on me, without a reason. I noticed red flags like hints of business struggles, team conflicts, and a low salary offer. I'm glad I didn't get the job due to the toxic environment and struggling business.
