The process was really smooth. The recruiter was super thorough and helpful, even going out of their way to help me prep, which made me want to work there even more. I liked how efficient everyone was, even with their different jobs.

My interview experience at Chamberlain University was great. The recruiter was professional and answered all my questions, even after I accepted the job. They were responsive and transparent. I met three people for the interview, including the recruiter. They were all welcoming, professional, and seemed genuinely interested in me. I felt they took time to understand my background, making me feel valued. The background check was thorough and done before the offer, which seemed a bit unusual but made sense due to the holiday season and my start date. Overall, it was a positive and supportive process. I'm excited to start!

I talked with the hiring manager first, and then they passed me along to the supervisor. Both of these interactions were really positive. The hiring manager asked some really good questions that helped me think about my own abilities and skills, while also making sure she got the info she needed. My chat with the supervisor was professional but also nice and friendly. I didn't feel any pressure, and it seemed like the company has a great team atmosphere.
