Behavioral Presentation

They started with a phone screen to check my skills and interest in Chamberlain Group. Then, I had on-site interviews all in one day with eight different people, and also did a group presentation. HR was great, they had a concierge approach. A recruiter met me at the start of the on-site day and was there if anyone was late or if I needed anything. They even gave me a tour of the office in Oak Brook. The group presentation was a good way to show my approach. It was a really good interview experience overall.

I had a phone screen with HR, then an hour-long phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I went through a 4-hour series of face-to-face interviews with 5 different people. I asked about next steps after the final interviews and they said they'd let me know. It's been 4 weeks, and I've emailed 3 times and left a voicemail, but haven't heard back. I'm assuming the role is filled or they're looking at other candidates, but it's pretty unprofessional to leave me hanging without any closure.
