The interview process had 4 interviews: first HR, then with a Director, then a business case with another director or manager, and finally an interview with the partner. I completed the first 3 but didn't make it to the partner, meaning I didn't pass the business case. I only had about 1-2 hours for the presentation slides and practice. The business case was very broad, not a simple question, and required your own judgment. You need to take a week off to do thorough research. Since I had a full-time job, I didn't dedicate enough time, which led to failing the business case. All interviewers were nice and easy-going, and there were no trick questions except for the business case. Interviews were conducted in both French and English.

The process really shows how motivated candidates are. First, an HR interview, then an interview with a company manager. If that goes well, the next step is a 48-hour case study (20 slides). I got it Friday evening and sent it back Monday morning. The presentation is in English or French to another manager. I got feedback the very next day, super detailed about all the interviews.

3 interviews. HR department was unprofessional. They didn't provide feedback even though they said they would. Not worth a job seeker's time. This is a WARNING to those who might be in the hiring process right now.
