Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process has 4 stages. The first stage is an interview with HR to discuss basic things, your salary expectations, and to see if you're a good prospect. The second stage is an interview with a consultant or senior consultant, which is probably where you'll learn the most about the job. They will review your past experiences and skills and see if you're someone they'd like to work with. The third stage involves a business case. The topic is pretty random, but the goal is to see if you can come up with at least one idea to defend for the business case, if you're decent at presenting a PowerPoint, and if you know how to make one. The fourth stage is with the partner. It seems very chill at first. They asked me to explain my whole background and tell them a bit about my life, like how I ended up interviewing with them. The idea here is to get a better sense of you as a person, your background, and how you navigate your career, etc.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The process had 3 stages: a 1-hour HR interview where I discussed my background and motivations. Then, a discussion with a director where I asked a lot of questions about the firm. Finally, a case study presentation. I had 48 hours to research and prepare 10-15 slides in Powerpoint. The presentation was in both English and French. Throughout, I felt they really wanted to help candidates grow. Everyone gave me constructive feedback and advice for future interviews. It was a really valuable experience.
