It felt like I couldn't even get past the initial recruiter screen, getting turned down multiple times for roles that actually fit my background and goals. The whole thing took over a month and involved three interviews. First, a quick chat with a recruiter. Then, a challenging panel interview with technical and situational questions from leaders. The last interview was with a director and felt like a repeat of the situational questions from the panel, which I found pretty pointless. I noticed the job description online didn't really match what the interviewers described. My advice is to really dig into the day-to-day tasks if you get an offer, so you know what you're getting into. Also, job postings often aren't updated, so if you're rejected fast, ask for feedback to see if the role was even available. The panel interview is tough, so definitely prepare for that.

I was interviewed for Sr systems engineer (Windows VMware). All went good, even HR also confirm the interview feedback was very good. They have conducted 3 HR rounds for salary negotiation but I was not ready for negotiation and I've asked same package what was agreed to provide at the time of initial discussion with recruiter. Finally they said will provide the offer which ive asked. Also they asked me to promise that I should join CGI without fail & join in 7 days ..I did agreed. They sent the salary breakup as I've asked and give us false hope. I trusted them and cancelled the other offers and turned off naukri. Finally 2 days before joining they called me and said my profile went on hold and can offer 4 lakhs less than what I was asked. They asked me either accept this offer or go and ask the companies that I've cancelled the offers. BEWARE of these frauds from CGI HR team

After you have your English assessment you will be getting mail of cleared or reject with in 2-3 weeks , if you cleared that assessment you will be arranged to an interview. Interview is about tr and hr of 15-20 min. Good interview Experience. Technical round was good.
