The interview process was good, but Czech language proficiency is mandatory. The interview itself was conducted online and focused on language skills. It was a positive and friendly experience overall, although it was inappropriate for the Team Lead to inquire about salary expectations, as that is typically an HR matter.

It began with an introduction, followed by numerous technology-related questions. There was a one-on-one technical interview, and then a background check. Questions were asked about .net technology, sql server, databases, and technical documents. The first round was with one interviewer, and the next round was with two technical people over the phone. Overall, it was a good interview.

Submitted application documents via the CGI job portal on DICE --> Had several phone calls regarding another job offer at a different location --> Received a spontaneous call about my income 'pain threshold' --> Had multiple phone calls to schedule and reschedule appointments --> Had a phone call with the department head --> Received positive feedback --> Waited 4 weeks, including holidays --> Had a personal 3-step interview, each 45 minutes, after work between 5 and 7 PM --> Unfortunately, no written response or feedback for about 4 weeks. When I called after 2 weeks, the position still needed three approvals. After another 3 weeks, I reached the contact person who gave an unclear statement, which I interpreted as a rejection. It's advisable to follow up within 3 days after the interview!
