It was a multi-stage interview process that took about 2 weeks. First, there was a phone and video pre-qualification with recruiters. Then, I had a discussion with technical managers. Finally, recruiters contacted me again to make an offer. It was a bit confusing that the contact person changed at each stage, but overall it was a good experience. The team was quite responsive.

Behavioral Technical

It was a 3 stage process but you feel welcome from the beginning. Very friendly staff and hiring managers, straight forward questions and conversation. Though it was a technical role, the questions weren’t overly technical, just basic questions about programming experience. The majority of the questions are about you and what you can bring to the table.

  • Tell me about a complex personal or professional situation you faced. Describe the situation, your approach to handling it, and the outcome.
