The interview process was good, the first interview was done in french with an HR person. She was really respectful and approachable. After a few days, I was contacted by a manager from HR, she asked basically the same questions as before and explained it was a position that mainly had contact with some Canadian companies. She highlighted that I should be proficient in English. After a while, I received an email that I was dropped unfortunately from the process.

The hiring process had a few steps, each checking different skills. First, a phone call to check my profile, see why I wanted the job, and make sure I was a good fit. Then, an in-person meeting with a director where we talked a lot about my past work, what I achieved, and how I could handle the job's challenges. Next, I had to work on a case study to see if I could analyze things, think strategically, and suggest good solutions. This case study was the basis for the final talk. Lastly, I met with a vice president to discuss the company's direction and how I could contribute.
