Behavioral

The process started with a 20-30 minute screen with the recruiter, and then I got a TJO. After that, there was a 30-minute interview with the contract coordinator, and I'm still waiting to start. The hiring process for federal contracting takes a really long time. Overall, it was an easy process, mostly asking about my experience and anything else on my resume.

Technical Case

The interview was good and the interviewer was knowledgeable and kept the interview on track without any delays. There were two rounds: the first was technical with 'what' based questions, and the second was an onsite round that was scenario-based and quite tricky but good.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

I applied after connecting with them at the campus career fair. The role was based in Belton, but they mentioned that moving to Austin or Dallas is common after a couple of years. I got selected for the initial interview, which took place on campus. It involved technical questions and a brief resume review. About a week later, I was invited for the second and final round, which was an on-site interview. This session covered company benefits, and provided more details about the company, clients, and ongoing projects. Following that, there were three interview segments: a rapid-fire round focusing on CGI and aligning with their core values, a general behavioral interview that also included some technical review, and a discussion to determine the best role fit for me at CGI.
